Standard delivery time
Our normal delivery time from order to delivery is 10-22 business days (Mon-Fri). When your order is processed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with shipping confirmation and tracking number when your package leaves our warehouse. At that link you can follow your package at Lietuvos pastas or DHL within 48 hours. If the package has not arrived within 22 days after the shipment confirmation, we recommend that you contact us directly.
Racingpeaks offers virtually worldwide express delivery (See below countries that are not subject to express delivery). For an extra fee you can choose express delivery method before clicking on "Submit order" to get your package in 1-2 business days. Delivery takes place on Monday-Friday until 21.
Note: We recommend that you add your mobile number to your order in the "Other Information" field so that DHL can contact you in connection with the delivery of your package
At Racingpeaks, standard delivery is free of charge. Customer pays return cost.
Shipping outside the EU
Customers with shipping addresses outside of the EU are responsible for all duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. These costs are not included in the price of shipping/handling of your order. Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country and can be as high as 100% of the total value of your order; please check with your local customs agency for details regarding exact costs. Domestic and international shipping costs, customs, duty, and taxes are non-refundable. If a shipment is refused by a customer, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage fees/customs/duty/taxes, and return shipping charges will not be refunded.
When you order from Racingpeaks, DHL global, Lietuvos pastas or DHL express are responsible for the delivery. Our delivery time is usually 10-22 business days (Mon-Fri). As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipment confirmation by email. There is a link where you can see your package's track & trace number and follow how far your package is. You can track your package no later than 48 hours after the package has left the warehouse.

Your package's shipping status
When your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a link to track & trace at DHL global, DHL express or Lietuvos pastas. Here you can see your package's track & trace number, and you can follow the package within 48 hours of dispatch. That way, you can stay up to date on the shipping status of your package around the clock.
The package is gone - what do I do?
If you have not received your package in 22 working days after you received the email with the shipment confirmation, please contact our customer service. They can investigate where the package is.
Did you receive a damaged package?
We apologize, but we hope the items you ordered are complete and undamaged. If the damage has only affected the shipping packaging itself, and you would like to return something from the order, then you can simply use a different wrapping. The only requirement is that the returned goods are packed properly. Remember to use the enclosed return label. Customer pays return cost.

Several orders come together in one package
In some cases, you can have several orders sent together in one package. If this is the case, you will be informed in advance in the shipment confirmation email that you will receive when your order (s) are shipped.
I have received an item that I have not ordered
We are sorry if we have sent you something that you did not order. Please return the wrong item to us and make notes stating that you have not ordered the given item. Please provide tracking number and attach receipt stating return shipment cost.
