Our company is neither ready nor obliged to take part in any dispute resolution proceedings of any consumer arbitration board.
Shipping outside the EU
Customers with shipping addresses outside of the EU are responsible for all duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. These costs are not included in the price of shipping/handling of your order. Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country and can be as high as 100% of the total value of your order; please check with your local customs agency for details regarding exact costs. Domestic and international shipping costs, customs, duty, and taxes are non-refundable. If a shipment is refused by a customer, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage fees/customs/duty/taxes, and return shipping charges will not be refunded.

Customer covers all return postage expenses.
You have a 30-day full return policy. All returns must have a tracking number. You will receive an email with return and refund confirmation when your returned item is received. Once a return has been verified, the credit will be processed to original form of payment.
Remember to ask for a receipt from post services for your return. Receipt serves as proof of your return.
You can register your return when you are logged in to your Racingpeaks account. Then pack the item securely so that it cannot be damaged during transportation.
Return cost is customer's responsibility
In the event of return of entire order, we will refund full amount (Express delivery fee excluded).
We will refund your money as soon as we have received and verified your return (time might vary depending on the return service). Once a return has been verified, you will receive an email confirming the registration and refund of the purchase amount. It can take up to 2-5 banking days before the money appears in your account.
When returning products, please note:
Goods that have been damaged or modified are excluded from refund.
If the original packaging has been damaged or item not returned in its original packaging, the value of 15% may be deducted from your refund.
How to arrange a return
Registered customers can request purchase return authorisation by opening Merchandise return tab in their account and following the instructions.
Guest purchase returns can be arranged by email: firstname.lastname@example.org or Contact us form. When sending an email, please include the order number and reason for return.
