Racingpeaks is operated by MB AUTOSPORTAS with the registered address at S. Neries 43-40, Vilnius, Lithuania. Our goal is to provide high-quality automotive parts to customers worldwide.
1. General Terms
1.1 Eligibility to Purchase: By making a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or, if under 18, that you have obtained consent from a parent or guardian.
1.2 Pricing: All prices are displayed in [Insert Currency] and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.
1.3 Order Acceptance: Once you place an order and receive an order confirmation, a binding contract is formed. However, we reserve the right to cancel orders if product availability or pricing errors occur. In such cases, we will notify you and refund any payments.
2. Ordering and Payment
2.1 Order Process: You can place orders through your account or as a guest. Once processed, a confirmation email will be sent to you, along with tracking information when the order leaves our warehouse.
2.2 Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods listed on our website. Payment is processed upon order confirmation.
2.3 Order Cancellation: If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped, you must follow our return process.
3. Shipping Policy
3.1 Domestic Shipping
We ship within the European Union (EU) and internationally. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location.
3.2 International Shipping
Customers with shipping addresses outside of the EU are responsible for all duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. These costs are not included in the shipping/handling charges. Customs duties and taxes vary widely from country to country, and it is the customer’s responsibility to check with their local customs agency for details regarding specific costs. Any duties and taxes applied to an order will not be refunded in the case of return or refusal of the shipment.
3.3 Non-Refundable Fees
Shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable. If a shipment is refused by the customer, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage fees, customs duties, taxes, and return shipping charges will not be refunded.
3.4 Standard Delivery Time
Our standard delivery time is 10-22 business days (Monday-Friday). Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a shipping confirmation and tracking number. You can track your package within 48 hours.
3.5 Express Delivery
We offer express delivery to most countries. For an extra fee, you can choose the express delivery method before finalizing your order. Delivery is typically 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday). Ensure your mobile number is included at checkout so that FedEx or DHL or other logistics partner can contact you if needed. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a shipping confirmation and tracking number. You can track your package within 48 hours.
3.6 Late Deliveries
If your package has not arrived within 22 business days after you received your shipment confirmation email, please contact our customer service team at info@racingpeaks.com for assistance in locating your package.
3.7 Damaged Package
If your package arrives damaged but the items inside are intact, you may still return the products. Please rewrap them securely using different packaging. While we are not liable for damage to the external shipping packaging, please report any damage to the goods themselves immediately.
3.8 Several Orders in One Package
In some cases, multiple orders may be shipped together. If this applies to your order, you will be informed in your shipment confirmation email.
4. Return and Refund Policy
4.1 Inspect Your Shipment Upon Arrival:
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival for any damage or defects. If any items are damaged or incorrect, contact us at info@racingpeaks.com with your order number and details.
4.2 Return Policy:
You have a 30-day return policy. All items must be returned in original condition and packaging. Returns must include a tracking number, and the return shipping costs are your responsibility. If the original packaging is damaged or not returned, a 15% deduction will be applied to your refund.
4.3 How to Return an Item:
Registered customers can initiate returns through the Merchandise Return tab in their account. Guest customers can contact us at info@racingpeaks.com with their order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive return instructions via email. Please pack items securely to avoid damage during transit.
4.4 Refund Policy:
Upon receiving and verifying the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 2-5 business days after the return is verified. If you return your entire order, we will refund the full amount, excluding express delivery fees.
4.5 Non-Refundable Items:
Damaged, used, or modified products are not eligible for a refund. Custom-made or special-order parts are also non-refundable unless defective.
4.6 Incorrect Items:
If you receive an item that you did not order, please notify us immediately. Return the incorrect item and provide a tracking number and receipt for return postage. Once we confirm the return, we will refund your return postage and send the correct item.
5. Customer Protection
Your rights are protected under EU consumer protection laws, including the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receipt. Please refer to the applicable regulations for more details.
6. Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)
For customers in the European Union, the European Commission offers an online platform for resolving disputes related to online purchases. You can find the platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Please note that Racingpeaks is not currently participating in any alternative dispute resolution programs.
7. Warranty and Liability
7.1 Product Warranty:
All items come with a manufacturer’s warranty, where applicable. Please consult the product description or documentation for specific warranty information.
7.2 Limitation of Liability:
Racingpeaks is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Lithuania Any disputes arising from these terms will be handled by the courts in Lithuania.
